Hot off the presses, Akuma has EX Meter in Tekken 7! Seems like he’s the only one who has it as well. Additionally, there are screenshots of the new designs for Alisa, Devil Jin, Hwoarang, Steve Fox, and Paul Phoenix. What happened to Hwoarang’s eye?! Check them out after the jump, or watch the video to see my thoughts of all of this!
Bandai Namco’s first location test for Tekken 7 has wrapped up. We got to see a ton of the game, but for those of you who may have missed it, here’s a vid with a bunch of the highlights from yesterday’s five and a half hour long stream. Got the Rage Arts for Bryan Fury and Marshall Law in here as well! bOom! Enjoy
Didn’t get to watch all five and half hours of the Tekken 7 location test yesterday? Check out this recap with a bunch of the highlights. Tons of Rage Arts, combos, and hype moments from the day. Don’t forget that the last day of the location test will be streamed in about 12 hours and may feature Kazumi since she was the third Banapass card!
Morning Bread & Butter is back covering one of the most complex characters in Tekken Tag tournament 2, Hwoarang. Rip is joined by SpeedKicks, whom this tutorial would not have been possible without. This is our longest Morning Bread & Butter episode ever, with the tutorial weighing in at over 2 hours long. Complex characters simply require more time to cover. Additionally, Rip and Speedkicks play a short first to 2 set at the end of the video. What other characters would you like to see us cover before Evo?
Lots of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 footage out there, so here’s a little roundup of some of the highlights. First off, Korea got their hands on Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and LdBob was there to capture some footage for us. Second, a couple clips of special team combos (Law/Paul and Baek/Hwoarang) were capped and released. It looks like these combos do a HUGE chunk of damage considering the number of hits in them. Third, there is an awesome compilation video that shows regular Jin still has his Omen stance. The video shows off the moves he can do including his TEKKEN 4 Laser Scraper (that ends with the hook fist instead of the straight uppercut!). I really hoped to never see that in a Tekken game ever again, but at least it doesn’t look like he can charge it up! Check them all out after the jump
