Theater10 has revealed some awesome TTT2 glitches. Not sure if these are practice mode only or if they are possible in real versus/online play as well. The Marduk one though is too good. Looks like it somehow glitches into making him do all of his knockdown/launch/float/win/etc animations back to back to back. Pretty awesome stuff. Wall bypassing stuff after the jump
Here are a couple more videos of Tekken Tag 2 Unlimited I took from the Amusement Expo in Las Vegas last week. As I explained previously, there weren’t many competitive players around, so I ended up playing against the computer a bit. Ran through the game with Paul then Law in solo mode. Check out the matches below, Paul and a bunch of deathfists after the jump:
We’re back with another episode of Level Up Your Game! This time around we’re partnered with Capcom to cover some of the Tekken cast in Street Fighter x Tekken and give you an early look at how these characters have made their transition to the Street Fighter universe. First up is Law and Paul so I hope you guys enjoy it! We also have 2 of the Team Tekken shirts to giveaway (XL) so subscribe to our youtube channel and comment on the video or follow us on twitter @LevelUpYourGame and retweet the message at the end of the episode for a chance to win! One winner per week for the next two weeks.
The official japanese Street Fighter x Tekken website has been updated. Under the system page there is now a section for Quick Combos. Basically you can assign a combo to be executed by LP + HK, however it costs 1 meter of the Cross Gauge to use. It mentions that there is a consequence to using them, however it isn’t clear if that’s the meter usage or if there is something additional. Also, they have revealed the Super and Cross Arts for Law, Paul, Vega, and Balrog. Law has no legend kick or flip kicks in his Super/Cross Art?! Not cool
As promised, Capcom has revealed a bunch of new characters for Street Fighter x Tekken! I LOVE these CGI trailers. And I also love how people keep getting their faces stepped on! As for the 2 surprises that were promised, it may be the very end of the gameplay trailers (looks like Pacman and Megaman for PS Vita). The game is only and things are looking up. Look forward to more reveals leading up to its release. Screenshots after the jump
DeepTheater is back with more awesome Tekken Tag Tournament 2 combos. This time around he uses Hwoarang’s unblockable as a filler. Interesting thing is that it hits in the middle of Nina doing the ender already. Plus with the wall the combo does like 75-80% so thats pretty good too
Lots of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 footage out there, so here’s a little roundup of some of the highlights. First off, Korea got their hands on Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and LdBob was there to capture some footage for us. Second, a couple clips of special team combos (Law/Paul and Baek/Hwoarang) were capped and released. It looks like these combos do a HUGE chunk of damage considering the number of hits in them. Third, there is an awesome compilation video that shows regular Jin still has his Omen stance. The video shows off the moves he can do including his TEKKEN 4 Laser Scraper (that ends with the hook fist instead of the straight uppercut!). I really hoped to never see that in a Tekken game ever again, but at least it doesn’t look like he can charge it up! Check them all out after the jump
