Injustice – Official Release Date, Collectors Edition, & Battle Edition Revealed!

Injustice:Gods Among Us, the upcoming fighting game from the makers of Mortal Kombat 9 has an official released date – April 16th! The Collectors Edition comes with a cool statue of Batman getting owned up by Wonder Woman. The Battle Edition comes with a brand new arcade stick with a design that looks similar to Batman’s armor (UPDATE: Battle Edition only available for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, not for the WiiU). Going with the bat theme, the stick is also a BAT top! No word yet on what part is within the stick, but my guess is that its PDP / AGE. Tekken Tag 2 – Worldwide Console Release Date, Pre-Order DLC Exclusives, Remix Soundtrack

EuroGamer has just revealed the Tekken Tag 2 European Release date along with more info on the DLC characters. The game will be released in Europe on September 14th, 2012! Tekken Facebook page says that the game will release worldwide on the week of September 10th. So for the USA, with our Tuesday releases we’re looking at September 11th (as confirmed by Gamestop). The DLC characters will be pre-order bonuses from different stores. With Harada mentioning that he won’t be doing paid DLC, it stands to reason that the characters will be time-released DLC for everyone or have some other way of unlocking them within the game. That metal case version for GAME buyers looks awesome as well! Also, in the image below a Remix Sound Track is clearly marked so it looks like there will be new music as well! And Behind the Scenes stuff too!? Too good!

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited – Date for Arcade Update Revealed

The official Tekken-Net site has revealed that the update for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited will go live on March 27th, 2012. Thats right, only 4 more days before Japan gets it. While this isn’t necessarily the date that all regions will get it, I would expect that all regions will have it relatively soon after. If you’ve been keeping up with recent posts and our Youtube channel, then you know that there is a good chance the USA will also have an arcade release for the game as well. Fingers crossed that it isn’t too far out!

Tekken 3DS Prime Edition – Release Date

Tekken 3DS Prime Edition has a release date. February 16, 2012 – Andriasang reports that this date is listed in the latest Famitsu. Not much has been revealed about the game, but we do know that it will come with the Tekken:Blood Vengeance movie on the cart and that the movie can playback in 3D. The release date is interesting as it puts right firmly between Soul Calibur 5′s January 31 release date and Street Fighter x Tekken’s March 6 release date. It doesn’t look like it will be a tag game, however there are 40 characters, Young Heihachi, new stages, and redesigned old stages so it will be interesting to see what kind of move list they decide to go with. Tekken Hybrid Limited Edition – Release Date and Info

Update 2011/9/20: Package contents image. Thanks to AAK for breaking the news about what’s in the LE packaging of Tekken Hybrid. Now it looks as though both Amazon and Gamestop are reporting a release date of November 22, 2011. The Limited Edition will cost $59.99 and include:

Classic Noob and Smoke Outfit Gameplay Video

Wow, Smoke hasn’t looked this good in awhile. I think I still like the default outfit for Noob better though. Seeing this makes me want to learn some new moves for Noob now! Release date is coming up really soon, July 5th – and best of all – FREE!
