Just revealed during Namco’s 20th Anniversary of Tekken, a new character! LUCKY CHLOE! Her gameplay showed a mix of Lili, Capos, and Ling! What do you guys think? The more I watch her, the more I think she has some Eliza elements in her. Leads me to think that Eliza will not be in Tekken 7.
oldKYSG is back with another awesome combo video for TTT2. This time around theres a lot of cool Kunimitsu stuff as well some Baek stuff. Even if you’re not a fan of these characters theres plenty to see here:
Then over at theater10 there is this Ogre glitch which is extremely weird. Basically you set a position by hitting standing 2, then jump cancel the input for u+3+4 and if the opponent is between those two points, they will be hit by the move. Based on his comments on the Youtube clip, he thinks it only works with Ogre. Who knows what other stuff may exist in this game!
Check out this new trailer for Tekken 7 Arcade Trailer from the official Tekken youtube page. Not a whole lot of new stuff, but its always nice to see direct feed footage of the game at high resolution! Power Crush and Rage Arts also seem to function the same way from this trailer. Theres a small clip of Hwoarang’s Rage Art near the end as well! It also is pretty interesting that they released it as 1080p60 footage on Youtube. HMMmmm..

Was the Tekken 7 Arcade Release Date not enough cool news for one day? Well then here are some new direct feed screenshots of Tekken 7 customized outfits for Ling Xiayou, Asuka Kazama, Dragunov, and Leo! I assume they are customizations because they are so unique and I can’t read japanese, but could they be the new default outfits? Someone who reads Japanese, figure it out and let me know! I, for one, am really eager to see what the new default costumes look like. As far as customizations go though, these certainly look to be more detailed than anything we’ve seen from past games in the franchise. Check them all out after the jump:
Looks like Japan will be seeing Tekken 7 hit arcades in February 2015. This information is available from Arcade Game Portal and features some awesome catalog images as you can see below. The full arcade cabinet price looks to be about $15,000 and the PCB version at about $11,000. Looking at some of these images, you can see that the full customization we’ve come to expect will be returning. Unfortunately all the characters in the catalog were available at the location test, so no one new to confirm.

Bandai Namco’s first location test for Tekken 7 has wrapped up. We got to see a ton of the game, but for those of you who may have missed it, here’s a vid with a bunch of the highlights from yesterday’s five and a half hour long stream. Got the Rage Arts for Bryan Fury and Marshall Law in here as well! bOom! Enjoy
